Cleveland Microgreens was founded by us, Dominic & Cyan. As you can imagine, we all have in some way or another, realized that our physical and mental health first depended on clean, nutrient foods. However, we didn’t always think this way. As we both navigated our health through trial & error, we discovered Microgreens. We realized its highly dense nutrition was a means to gain some of the nutrition we were always lacking.
Our Goal
When grocery shopping, it’s natural for us to go to the produce section and look for fully grown vegetables (maybe organic if it’s on sale). You may find Microgreens however, they are often harvested way too early and you are not receiving them freshly harvested.
